Business intelligence dashboards that show today's numbers today

Every system you run produces data; very little of it reaches the people who make decisions in time to matter. AutoProbaho designs and builds analytics and BI dashboards on top of your ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce and production systems — a small number of well-chosen KPIs per role, refreshed automatically, with drill-down to the underlying records and alerts when something moves outside the range. No month-end spreadsheet assembly, no arguing about whose number is right.

Reports arrive late, disagree with each other and answer last month's question

The typical management report is built by hand: exports from three systems, pasted into a workbook, cleaned by someone who knows which columns to ignore, and circulated as a PDF a week after the period closed. By then the slow-moving stock has aged another week, the overdue receivable is another week older, and the low-margin order has already shipped. Different departments bring their own version, and the meeting spends its first twenty minutes reconciling numbers instead of acting on them.

Dashboard tools alone do not fix this. Pointing Power BI or Looker Studio at messy sources produces pretty charts on unreliable data. What makes a BI dashboard useful is the work underneath: agreeing the definitions (what counts as an order, when is stock 'slow'), connecting the sources properly, modelling the data once, and choosing the handful of KPIs each role should actually watch.

Who this is for

  • Owners and managing directors who want to see sales, stock, cash and production on one screen every morning
  • Manufacturers, garments factories, distributors and e-commerce companies with data spread across ERP, accounting and marketplaces
  • Finance and operations managers tired of assembling month-end packs by hand
  • German Mittelstand firms needing controlling dashboards that reconcile with DATEV and satisfy the Steuerberater

Current pain points

  • Reporting is manual

Someone spends days each month copying exports into a workbook; the moment they are on leave, reporting stops.

  • Numbers do not match

Sales, warehouse and finance each present a different total because they define and time things differently.

  • Insight arrives too late to act

Problems in margin, stock ageing or receivables surface after the period, not while they can still be fixed.

  • Too many charts, too little signal

Dashboards with forty tiles that nobody reads; the important three are buried.

  • No drill-down

A number looks wrong and the only way to investigate is to ask someone to pull another export.

What AutoProbaho builds

  1. KPI framework per role

Owner, finance, sales, operations and production each get the few metrics they need, with agreed definitions and targets — decided in workshops, not guessed.

  2. Data model & pipeline

Sources connected via APIs or n8n into a reporting database; data cleaned and modelled once so every dashboard uses the same facts.

  3. Interactive dashboards

Built in Metabase, Power BI, Looker Studio or a custom web dashboard — filters, drill-down to transactions, mobile-friendly, in Bengali, English or German.

  4. Scheduled reports & alerts

Daily, weekly and monthly report packs delivered by email, WhatsApp or Teams; threshold alerts on stock, receivables, margin and delivery performance.

  5. Governance & documentation

A data dictionary, ownership of each KPI, refresh schedules and access controls so the numbers stay trusted after go-live.

Modules & capabilities

  • Sales & margin analytics

Revenue by product, customer, region and channel; gross margin per order; quote-to-order conversion; sales team pipeline and activity.

  • Inventory & warehouse

Stock value and ageing, slow and dead stock, stock-outs, fill rate, turns per SKU and location, reorder alerts.

  • Production & quality

Output per line and shift, efficiency, wastage, on-time completion, WIP, downtime reasons — for garments and manufacturing floors.

  • Finance & cash

Receivables and payables ageing, cash position, expense trends, VAT summaries, budget versus actual, reconciled with accounting.

  • Customer & service

Order lead time, on-time delivery, complaints and returns, response time on WhatsApp and email, customer lifetime value.

  • E-commerce & marketing

Orders and revenue by channel (shop, Daraz, marketplaces), return rates, campaign performance, cost per order.

  • HR & attendance

Headcount, attendance and overtime trends, absence patterns, productivity per team — where data exists.

  • Executive overview

One screen for owners: yesterday's sales, cash, open orders, stock alerts, overdue receivables and exceptions needing a decision.

Implementation process

  1. 01

    KPI workshop

Each role names the decisions they make and the numbers they need; we agree definitions, sources and targets.

  2. 02

    Source & data model design

Connections, refresh frequency, cleaning rules and a reporting model documented and approved.

  3. 03

    Pipeline & first dashboards

Data flowing and the executive overview plus one departmental dashboard live, typically within 4–6 weeks.

  4. 04

    Iterate with users

Two to three review rounds with real users; tiles removed as often as added.

  5. 05

    Alerts, training & hand-over

Scheduled reports and alerts switched on; users trained; documentation and access handed over; optional managed support.

Expected business outcomes

  • Same-day visibility

Yesterday's sales, cash and stock available every morning without anyone assembling them.

  • One agreed version of the numbers

Departments discuss actions, not whose spreadsheet is right.

  • Problems caught while fixable

Alerts on ageing stock, overdue receivables and low margins arrive within the period.

  • Less reporting labour

The month-end pack builds itself; finance reviews and comments instead of copying.

Security & ownership

  • Row-level and role-based access

Sales reps see their region, managers their department, owners everything; enforced in the data layer, not just the dashboard.

  • Data stays in your accounts

Reporting database and BI tool hosted in infrastructure you own, in the region you require; no data copied to third-party analytics clouds unless you choose it.

  • Auditability

Every KPI traceable to its source records and definition; refresh logs and change history on the model.

Frequently asked questions

Whichever fits your team and budget: Metabase (open source, self-hosted), Power BI (Microsoft 365 shops), Looker Studio (Google Workspace) or a custom web dashboard when interactivity or branding demand it. The data model underneath is tool-independent.
