AutoProbaho is a Bangladesh-based, engineering-led company that designs and builds custom ERP, CRM and automation systems — for growing businesses in Bangladesh first, and for Mittelstand and international SMEs in Germany and beyond. Our motto is simple: Optimize. Automate. Grow.
What AutoProbaho does
We help owner-run and mid-sized companies replace scattered spreadsheets, paper registers and disconnected tools with one system that reflects how the business actually works. That can be a custom ERP for a factory, a CRM for a sales team, an internal portal for staff, or a set of automations that move data between the tools you already use.
Every engagement follows the same five-layer stack: we audit your processes first, build the core system, connect it to the rest of your software, add automation and AI where it genuinely saves work, and then measure and maintain the result. You do not have to buy the whole stack — most clients start with an audit and one core module.
We work in English, Bengali and German, and we write documentation, interfaces and training material in the language your team uses every day.

Ownership
You own the code, the database and the documentation. There is no lock-in: what we build runs in your accounts and can be maintained by any competent team.
Honesty about scope
We say clearly what a phase includes, what it does not, and what is still uncertain. If a request is better solved with an existing tool, we tell you so.
Security by default
Role-based access, encrypted connections, backups and audit logs are part of the baseline, not paid extras added later.
Documentation
Process maps, data models, runbooks and user guides are deliverables in their own right, so your team is never dependent on one person’s memory.

Where we work
Bangladesh — our home and primary market. AutoProbaho is a remote-first company headquartered in Bangladesh: we build for garments and manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, clinics and service companies — with Bengali interfaces, bKash/Nagad and SSLCommerz payments, Mushak-aware VAT handling and offline-tolerant data capture where power and connectivity are unreliable.
Germany — our second market, served remotely. The founder has worked with several larger German companies, and we support Mittelstand companies that need custom CRM, portal and integration work — in German, with DSGVO-conscious data handling, DATEV and GoBD-aware exports, and formal approval steps built into the workflow. We run German projects entirely remotely; there is no German office, and the overlapping working day between Central Europe and South Asia keeps collaboration close.
International: SMEs elsewhere work with us remotely in English. Time zones between South Asia and Central Europe give us a long overlapping working day with both regions.

Neither in the usual sense. We are an engineering practice that builds custom systems for each client and hands over full ownership. We do not sell licences for a packaged product.
Our focus is owner-run and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools and want a system built around their own processes. Larger organisations engage us for specific integration and automation work.
Yes. The typical first step is a process audit followed by one core module. Later phases are proposed only when the first one has proven useful.
