The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date at all times. Descriptions of typical outcomes, timelines and scenarios are illustrative and do not constitute an offer or a promise of specific results.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Automated scraping, attempts to bypass security measures, and submitting false or abusive information through our forms are not permitted.

Consultations are free and non-binding for both sides. Any engagement begins only with a written proposal that we issue and that you accept in writing. The proposal describes the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, indicative timeline, price and payment terms of the phase concerned. Where this outline and a proposal differ, the proposal applies.

Work is delivered in phases with a fixed scope. Requests outside the agreed scope are documented and estimated; they are carried out only after written agreement, either as an addition to the current phase or as a new phase. Timelines are indicative and depend on your timely feedback, access and decisions.

Upon full payment of the fees for a phase, the rights to the code, configurations, documentation and data models created specifically for you in that phase are transferred to you, unless the individual agreement provides otherwise. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. General know-how, methods and reusable tooling that are not specific to your project remain with AutoProbaho and may be used in other engagements. Your business data always remains yours.

Both parties treat business, technical and personal information received in the course of an engagement as confidential, use it only for the purpose of the engagement and disclose it to third parties only where necessary for delivery or required by law. Where personal data is processed on your behalf, a separate data-processing agreement can be concluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AutoProbaho is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and, in cases of slight negligence, only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for injury to life, body or health and any liability that may not be excluded by law remain unaffected. We are not liable for the availability of third-party services (hosting, APIs, payment gateways) outside our control.

The use of this website and — unless an individual written agreement states otherwise — every engagement with AutoProbaho are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh in Dhaka have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or an engagement. Before pursuing legal remedies, the parties will first attempt to settle any dispute amicably.

In an individual client agreement the parties may agree in writing on a different governing law or place of jurisdiction, for example for clients in Germany or other countries. Such a written provision takes precedence over this section.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its date of last update, applies to the use of the website. Terms agreed in an individual engagement are changed only by written agreement.
