EduProbaho is not a set of separate tools stitched together. It is one system, one database and one design that answers the questions a head teacher asks at 9 a.m.: who is in, which registers are still unmarked, what money came in yesterday, what is overdue and by how long.
Every school on the platform runs the same software. Schools differ only in their configuration, the modules they subscribe to and the options switched on for them — so when a screen improves, every school gets the improvement the same day. A school chooses its edition once: English or Bangla. Not both stacked side by side — one clean face, with Bangla that people actually use (হাজিরা, ফলাফল, ফি, রসিদ) and every roll number, phone number and taka figure in the same Latin digits as on paper.

The School App
The administrator's side of the house: Overview, Academics, People, Finance, Communication, Operations and Administration — 38 screens from the Dashboard down to Fiscal Periods and Monthly Payroll.
The Teacher's Workspace
A teacher signs into the same app and sees a different room: their own sections, registers and papers. Attendance, timetable, mark entry for their own papers, e-learning, messages — and no Admin tab unless a permission grants one.
The Guardian Portal
Phone-first, six tabs: Home, Fees, Documents, Learning, Messages, Notices. A guardian knows three things in five seconds — is my child in school today, what did they score, and do I owe anything.
The Student Portal
A small, direct app for students who hold their own sign-in: timetable, results, notices. Each class decides whether students sign in at all — guardian-only is a supported, deliberate mode.
Teacher Android App
Registers and marks from the teacher's pocket, talking to the same platform with the same permissions — nothing a teacher cannot do on the web becomes possible on the phone.
Family Android App
The guardian and student portal as an app: attendance today, results, fees due and notices, with badges for what has not been read yet.

What a school is actually buying
Three rules sit under everything, enforced by the database itself — not by a screen remembering to check:
- Every row belongs to a school. Isolation is enforced on every table, denying by default. Your data cannot leak into another school's screen.
- Money is never edited. Amounts are stored exactly, and a posted record is corrected by a reversal that stays on the record — your accounts cannot be quietly altered.
- Academic history is never overwritten. A new year is a new enrolment; changes carry dates. A record card printed in 2024 still says in 2029 exactly what it said the day it was issued.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — and not by policy but by the database itself. Every table enforces school-by-school isolation and denies by default. There is no screen, report or export that can show one school another school's rows.
Fully. A school chooses its edition at provisioning — English or Bangla — and gets one clean face in that language. School words are natural Bangla (হাজিরা, ফলাফল, ফি, রসিদ), technical words are transliterated the way people actually say them, and every digit stays Latin so the screen matches the paper.
