Suggested phases

  1. Phase 1 · Audit + first module

    1–3 weeks

Process audit, data model and the module that removes the most manual work.

  2. Phase 2 · Remaining modules

    Not needed for this scope

Additional modules, each with its own scope, review and hand-over.

  3. Phase 3 · Integrations & automation

    Not needed for this scope

Connected systems, n8n workflows and extra interface languages.

Durations are indicative ranges based on comparable projects and depend on data quality, integrations and availability of your team. Costs are quoted after the audit.

These figures are estimates based on your inputs, not guarantees.

How pricing works

We price the way we build: in small, well-defined steps that you can stop or continue at any point.

  1. 01

    Audit first

A short, fixed-fee process audit comes before any build quote. It produces process maps, a prioritised roadmap and a fixed price for the first phase — and the fee is credited against that phase.

  2. 02

    Fixed price per phase

Each phase has an agreed scope, duration and price. Change requests are estimated separately, so the number you approved stays the number you pay.

  3. 03

    No per-user licences

You own the system and run it in your own cloud account. Adding a user, a warehouse or a branch does not add a licence line.

  4. 04

    Optional support after go-live

A monthly retainer covers monitoring, n8n workflow maintenance, security updates and optimisation hours. It is not required, and you can cancel it at any time.

What affects the cost

Two projects with the same module list can differ significantly. These are the factors that move the number.

  • Number of modules and roles

Inventory alone is a different project from inventory plus production, purchasing and finance — and every additional user role adds screens, permissions and testing.

  • Integrations

Each connected system (accounting, e-commerce, banks and payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) needs authentication, mapping, error handling and monitoring.

  • Data migration

Clean, consistent Excel files migrate quickly. Years of inconsistent registers, duplicate customer records or paper archives take longer to clean than to import.

  • Interface languages

Bengali, English and German interfaces are all supported; every additional language adds translation and testing effort.

  • Availability of your team

Projects move fastest when a decision-maker and a process owner are reachable every week for reviews and test rounds.

  • Hosting and infrastructure

Cloud hosting, backups and monitoring run in your own account. These operating costs are separate from our fees and are estimated during the audit.

Why there is no price list on this page

A custom ERP or CRM is not a product with a shelf price; it is a project whose cost depends on scope, data and integrations. Publishing a single number would either mislead you or force us to pad it. Instead, the estimator below gives you an honest duration range, and the audit turns that into a fixed price you can approve.

What we do publish: how we charge (fixed price per phase, no per-user licences, retainer optional), what drives the price, and typical durations for comparable projects. That is enough to decide whether a conversation is worth your time.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the number of modules, integrations, the state of your data and how many interface languages you need. The audit exists to answer this precisely: you receive a fixed price for the first phase before committing to any build work. The estimator above gives you an honest duration range in the meantime.
