Impressum

An Impressum (Anbieterkennzeichnung) is the provider identification that German-speaking visitors expect on a business website. AutoProbaho is a remote-first company established in Bangladesh; it operates under the laws of Bangladesh and has no office, branch or other establishment in Germany, so it is not a German telemedia provider under § 5 DDG. We nevertheless publish this legal notice voluntarily and transparently. The concrete provider data — legal name, contact address, responsible person and any registration or tax identifiers issued in Bangladesh — is maintained in the legal settings of this website and displayed above this text once entered. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Contracts with clients are governed by the laws of Bangladesh unless agreed otherwise in writing — see the Terms of service.

Dispute resolution

Our services are addressed to businesses. Disputes are handled under the Terms of service: unless agreed otherwise in writing, the laws of Bangladesh apply, the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, and the parties first attempt an amicable settlement.
