Role and approach
Sadi founded AutoProbaho to give growing businesses the kind of software that is normally reserved for large corporations: systems built around their own processes, owned outright, and maintained transparently. His work spans the whole stack — from sitting with a factory’s store keeper to understand how stock is really counted, to designing the data model, to writing the automations that run once the system is live.
His approach is practical. Before proposing any software, he maps how work is done today, names the handful of steps that cause the most re-typing, delay or error, and starts there. He prefers boring, well-documented technology over novelty, and he treats AI as a tool that must be paired with human approval, not a replacement for judgement.
He has worked with several larger companies in Germany, and that experience with formal specifications, structured approvals and enterprise-grade expectations now flows into every AutoProbaho project. Working between Bangladesh and Germany shapes how AutoProbaho operates: Bengali-language interfaces and WhatsApp-friendly communication for teams in Dhaka and Chattogram, formal specifications, DSGVO-conscious data handling and structured approvals for Mittelstand clients — and clear written documentation for everyone.

He runs the process interviews and writes the audit report himself, so the recommendations reflect what was actually seen rather than a template.
System architecture
Data model, integration boundaries, access roles and the choice of tools are decided by him and documented before development starts.
Go-live
Data migration, user training and the first weeks of production use are supervised personally, including the hand-over of code, credentials and documentation.
