About AutoProbaho
We design and build custom ERP, CRM, internal portals, integrations and automations for growing businesses, following a five-layer approach: audit, build the core system, connect, automate with n8n and AI, then measure and maintain.
AutoProbaho was founded by A K M Shoriful Islam Sadi, Founder & AI Automation Engineer, who works between Bangladesh and Germany, has worked with several larger companies in Germany, and personally leads the audit, architecture and go-live of every engagement.

No. Every system is built for the client and handed over with full ownership. Where a ready-made tool already fits, we say so and help you connect it instead of rebuilding it.

Projects and pricing
With a free 30-minute call, then usually a process audit. The audit produces a written report with the gaps, quick wins and a recommended first module, and a scoped proposal for the next phase.
Per phase, with a written fixed scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Ongoing maintenance and support are offered as a separate monthly arrangement. We do not charge licence fees for the software we build.
Typically around 8–12 weeks after the audit, depending on scope and how quickly your team can test and give feedback. We give an indicative range in every proposal, not a guarantee.
Yes — most clients do. A single automation, an integration between two tools, or one core module is a normal first phase. Later phases are proposed only once the first has proven useful.
Changes are written down, estimated and either agreed into the current phase or planned for the next one. Nothing is started silently and nothing appears on an invoice you have not seen.
Technology and ownership
You do. Repositories, databases and hosting accounts are in your name; on hand-over you receive all credentials and documentation. There is no lock-in and no proprietary platform.
TypeScript with React and Node, Cloudflare Workers, PostgreSQL, SQLite or Cloudflare D1, R2 for files, n8n for automation and LLM APIs for AI steps — all widely used and maintainable by other teams.
Yes. That is a design goal: standard tools, documented data model, runbooks and code review. Any competent TypeScript developer can take over.
For reading documents, drafting messages, classifying records and summarising — always with a human approval step and an audit log before anything is written back to your system. AI does not make decisions on its own.
By default on managed cloud infrastructure in a region agreed with you, or in your own cloud or on your own servers if required. Access control with 2FA, encryption, tested backups and audit logs are part of every build.
Working across Bangladesh and Germany
With Bengali interfaces and documentation, bKash/Nagad and SSLCommerz payment integration, Mushak-aware VAT handling, offline-tolerant data capture for unreliable power or connectivity, and WhatsApp-friendly communication.
In formal business German with written specifications, DSGVO-conscious data handling, DATEV- and GoBD-aware exports, structured approvals and, where required, data-processing agreements.
Mostly remotely, with on-site visits agreed for audits, training or go-live where they add value. The founder works between Bangladesh and Germany, so both regions are covered.
South Asia and Central Europe overlap for a good part of the working day. Calls are scheduled in your local time and written updates arrive at the end of every working week.
