How work flows today
Orders, stock, production, invoicing, approvals — which steps are done in which tool, spreadsheet or register, and where information is re-typed or lost.
The biggest points of friction
The two or three problems that cost the most time, cause errors or block growth. These decide what the first phase should address.
Options and a sensible first step
Audit, core module, integration or automation — and honestly, whether an existing tool might already solve part of it.
Timeline, budget range and next steps
An indicative range for the first phase, what we would need from your side, and what a written proposal would contain.
Who should join from your side
The owner or managing director, or whoever will decide on the project, should be on the call. It also helps to have one person who does the daily work — a store keeper, sales coordinator, accountant or operations manager — because they know where the real problems are.
For German companies, an IT lead or the Datenschutzbeauftragter is welcome if data protection questions matter early. For larger teams a second call with more people can follow; the first one is deliberately focused.
